From my experience… rubbish customer service! Last year I popped over to look for a piece of walnut and the bloke in the shop would rather sit outside with people chatting than help me with my needs. Tried again recently regarding a query so I emailed instead of going to the shop and the response I got was so blunt! Not even a hello or a thank you in the email just a blunt reply! I don’t even know who replied to my email or who I was talking to as they didn’t address themselves! Will be taking my business elsewhere.
