Lee is very friendly, honest and thorough with his servicing. I thought I had an issue with the log burner, he came very promptly and we managed to sort it out. His knowledge about how to light our wood burners using the upside down technique has been invaluable! Could not recommend him enough!

Lee did an excellent job, fitting us in at late notice to fix a problem stove (caused by less than scrupulous previous cleaners!). He was clean, efficient and jolly to have in the house - we've booked for a second less urgent stove in December and will return to him for regular scheduled cleans from here on in.
